About River Road Psychiatry, LLC
Founded in January 2022 in Richmond, VA, River Road Psychiatry, LLC (RRP) is a leading provider of comprehensive mental healthcare led by Carly DiMeglio, an experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
RRP is built on a model that prioritizes the time patients deserve, close collaboration with other providers, and a focus on helping individuals live meaningful lives. This vision is brought to life by our dedicated team, making exceptional, patient-centered care a reality.
In 2025, we expanded services by opening a co-located Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) practice, River Road TMS, LLC, to offer an evidence-based, non-medication, non-invasive treatment option for patients with depression and OCD.
Our services include psychiatric care for individuals aged 18 and above and psychotherapy for those aged 15 and above (online or via telehealth for those located within the Commonwealth of Virginia).
